A global family
23 March 2012 - Impact Hub

As the first Hub in the world, we are lucky here in Islington to welcome lots of global Hub visitors keen to see where this incredible journey all began. And this week has been no exception with guests from Hub Stockholm, Milan and today the new Hub in Singapore!
On Monday, we welcomed Jackie, the exceptionally warm and friendly host from Hub Stockholm, who showed us the secret to her very ‘Zen’ outlook by treating us all to a pre-lunch yoga session in the boardroom…

Meanwhile Alberto and Paolo from Hub Milan were here to create a whole website (in a day!) for a sustainable innovation event they’re planning in Venice in May.

Today we welcomed Grace and Gouri who’d come all the way from Singapore and stopped by on the way to the Skoll World Forum to tell us about the Hub they’re opening in a month and share experiences. Sounds like the Hub movement is really starting to gain momentum in Asia and that Hub Singapore will play a pioneering role in encouraging the growth of social enterprise in the region. Good luck to them!

We really do love getting visitors and sharing experiences and stories of our members. It shows how even across diverse communities there is a shared Hub culture and that we attract very similar people to our network. Great people, with passion and integrity, and with a very positive and creative approach to changing the world for the better. Go Hub!!!
