We do! We don’t have any silver bullets and we’ve certainly never dealt with challenges as big as the ones 2016 has thrown up before. But we sure as hell are committed to creating something more beautiful than what the news presents us with every day. We have a wonderful, caring and quirky community and an awesome new space full of opportunities to move into in January. We are looking for awesome people like you to help us live to our fullest potential in 2017.
Could you be a Member Host?
Member Hosts play a huge role in shaping our culture and in creating a beautiful space and atmosphere. As a Member Host, you offer 4.5 hours of your time per week (usually one weekday afternoon) to Impact Hub Islington to actively host our space and community. In exchange, we offer you a free membership package of 100 hours per month (usually £200) so you can enjoy the space as a member on your non-hosting days. You will play a key role in our community, build lots of relationships, bring your own touch and ideas to this place and be welcomed and supported as both a host and a member. We are looking for people with high emotional intelligence, who are reasonably organised, amazing problem-solvers, confident to talk to all kinds of people, work well independently and who actively want to be part of this community. We’re particularly keen for this to be an opportunity for people who are not yet part of the Impact Hub community.

If we think this role would suit you, we will invite you in for a chat either before xmas or in the first week of January (depending on availability). We will let you know whether you have been selected by 11th January, and inductions will take place in the week beginning 16th January.
