Do you love conversations and making stuff happen? We’re looking for a Community Lead!

We are looking for a passionate individual, who has a love for connecting people and helping them flourish whilst keeping on top of weekly activities, to step into the role of Community Lead at Impact Hub Islington.
As Community Lead, you will be the driving force of our talented member community and at the heart of our work. You’ll be curious to know all about the purpose and work of each member and dedicated to enabling them to be more connected, innovative and successful in their work. And you will lead, model and inspire a friendly culture within the Impact Hub where every member feels welcome and valued.
The role requires high emotional intelligence and excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be joining a small team within a big community of wicked people. The role is part-time for 32 hours per week (0.8FTE), which can be mutually agreed.
Could this be for you? Please take a look at the job description and apply by 9am on Monday, 13th March.
If you’re not sure about the role and want to find out more before applying, we’d be really happy to meet for a chat beforehand. Just email Julia ([email protected]) who will be thrilled to hear from you.
We’d like Impact Hub Islington to be representative of our Borough and the wider city at large and are interested in receiving applications from any candidates who feel they would be a good fit. We are currently a team of predominantly women and so welcome applications from men, people who identify as LGBTQIA+ well as women. We also want to hear from people of Black, Asian and minority ethnic heritage, people with disabilities (including mental health conditions), and people whose background is working class.
