Feedback & Falafel: Designing our future of ‘good’ work festival in June

For our official launch of 27 Dingley Place, we are planning a festival on the 21st June on the theme of the future of ‘good’ work. We want to talk about ‘good’ both in terms of the value our work adds to the world (our ‘social impact’ if you like) and in terms of how it sustains us as individual (for example by giving us a sense of purpose, fulfillment, financial security etc.).

We also want to look at the wider societal systems that shape the world of work, how they have evolved, what’s changing, who is benefiting and how we can prototype new ways of doing ‘good’ work within own organisations, spaces and communities.

The definition and judgement of ‘good’ is of course highly subjective, which is what makes this a juicy subject!

We’d love to build on the F&F we had in January to flesh out ideas for a festival programme with all of you who are interested in being involved. There’s a wealth of experience and innovation happening at the Hub already, which we absolutely want to draw upon!

Hosts will take falafel orders (£3.50) at 12 noon.
