Feedback & Falafel: Improv for constructive conversations
Feedback & Falafel: Improv for constructive conversations
Improvisation isn’t just about making it up as you go along. It’s about taking risks, embracing uncertainty, accepting, building and letting go.
Sarah McSorley, Member Host at Impact Hub Westminster, invites you to take part in group and paired role plays that will allow you to explore these themes in a safe and fun environment. There will also be time to reflect on how these skills can help you have more constructive conversations in your life and work.
Sarah began learning improvisation as a life skill back in 2013, is a member of the Applied Improvisation Network (AIN) and performs improv at events across London. She is also a Graphic Recorder (Visual Minutes). Check out her website for more info!
Hosts will take falafel orders (£3.50) at 12 noon.
