Did you know that high quality handmade food is being wasted if it isn’t perfect?  

Sophie Andre, one of our lovely member hosts and the founder of Elysia, has found a creative solution to this food waste problem by giving the artisan products a second life. Using them to create delicious breakfasts and aperitifs.

From marmalade made from “wonky fruits” to high quality British cheeses and tasty coffee beans roasted in London, Sophie discovered so many fabulous “naturally imperfect” foods. Elysia is working with local producers and growers who make their food products by hand with exclusively natural ingredients.

Join us for a discussion to explore our food consumption and purchasing habits. Even get to taste some of the ‘imperfect’ food that Sophie makes into delicious bites!
