Gourmet Syrian supper club to support Action for Education

Gourmet Syrian supper club to support Action for Education

Dry January and Veganuary are almost over… so join us in Feel Good February and celebrate your achievements by doing something fun to make a difference to the lives of young refugees.

A Syrian inspired feast cooked up by award-winning chef Ben Spalding who earned his stripes at Michelin starred The Fat Duck, The Ledbury and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and now creates his own gastronomic projects on the global stage. Accompanying him, a team of foodie social entrepreneurs from the Hub will share their culinary creations including cocktails by Tearoute, aperitifs by Elysia Catering and dessert by Laila Naanaa from United Kitchens.

This 3-course gourmet experience will be accompanied by a selection of exceptional French wines, including a glass of Crémant the latest trend in sparkling wines, all supplied by Family Helfrich the premium independents and on-trade arm of leading French wines producer, Groupe GCF.

During the evening, Action for Education founder Nick Millet will share the story of how his work is providing emergency education for children and young people in the refugee camps on the Greek island of Chios.
