Is banking to blame for poverty and debt?

How many of us truly understand how the global monetary system works? And could this be to blame for the current economic crisis?

Join us on Wednesday 2nd May for a talk and roundtable discussion with Ben Dyson from Positive Money.

Ben will explain how poverty and high debts are inevitable when all money is created as debt by banks, and how changes to the banking system are essential to dealing with the huge social issues that we face around the world today.

Ben argues that we are in a crisis because so few of us, including policy makers, economists, journalists and ordinary people, truly understand how our monetary system works.
