Every Monday there’s a mindful lunchtime session at Impact Hub Islington, at 1pm. The aim is to help you feel calmer and more focused. It will involve discussing, stretching and meditating.
Favourite Impact Hub “Yogi in residence” Andy Hix going to facilitate it, although guest facilitators will be invited if there is enough interest.
You can drop in and out of the different bits, so if you only want to eat lunch or you only want to do the meditation, that’s fine. Don’t feel bad if you drop in late or leave early, it’s up to you.
