Starting January 2014, every Monday there’s going to be a mindful lunchtime session at the Hub, at 1pm. The aim is to help you feel calmer and more focused. It will involve discussing, stretching and meditating. I’m going to facilitate it, although guest facilitators will be invited if there is enough interest.
You can drop in and out of the different bits, so if you only want to eat lunch or you only want to do the meditation, that’s fine. This is the format we’re going to start with.
