Special Event: The Power of Uke returns

Special Event: The Power of Uke returns

The Impact Hub community harbours an astonishing treasure of knowledge and skills. On Tuesdays, we invite Impact Hub members as well as people outside our community to offer a glimpse into their world. From community mapping to sales workshops or learning how to play the ukulele, each week opens a new door.

This week it’s your chance to GET YOUR UKE ON.

Back by popular demand! An evening of high-energy hilarity, song-writing silliness, beer and bonding.

Are you ready to PLAY?

Comedian and teacher Sarah Weiler uses the Power of the Ukulele to bring happiness to people’s lives and transform the culture of organisations. Her revolutionary ukulele song-writing and coaching workshops help bring people together to maximise their potential and achieve the unthinkable. She’s on a mission to get all teams to commit to #5minsofplay a week – a 5 minute minimum break from work to do something creative as a team.

In the past year Power of Uke has run workshops at start-ups, charities and corporates including Impact Hub Brixton, National Autistic Society, Jamie’s Farm, Financial Times, Linklaters Law Firm and Teach First.

Sarah will be running a 90 minute Hub-building workshop where you will learn the ukulele, sing some top tunes and then write an Impact Hub Anthem. It’s going to be epic.

Please note that this is a special event, which will take place after work.
