Stories For A Change: Narrative Skills for Professionals

Whatever change it is that you’re making, make it better with stories.

Learn the top tips from fiction and how to practically apply them to your work. Hone your storytelling, listening, empathy, community building and problem solving skills. Explore creative writing, popular culture and contemporary issues to discover how stories can help you make a change.

Suitable for: social entrepreneurs, campaigners, leaders, public speakers, coaches, people in business, innovators, strategists, researchers, designers, writers, managers and change-makers.

During the workshop you will:

  • Learn the core components of what makes a great story – character & conflict.
  • Explore intrinsic/extrinsic values, resilience and creativity.
  • Create a memorable character and face them with their greatest fear.
  • Apply these skills to communicating about yourself and your work.
