How can I sign up for a membership?
Where do I sit?
This is one of the coolest things about coworking: you can sit anywhere! We practice hot-desking, which is bringing in whatever you’re working on for the day and taking it home with you when you leave.
What's your cancellation and changes policy?
For downgrades to your membership, we require notice by the 15th of the month previous. For example, to downgrade your January membership, you need to log on between 1st–15th December. For cancellations, we apply a 30 days’ notice policy; your final invoice will be pro-rated accordingly.
What is Impact Hub Global? How does the global network relate to Islington?
By being a member of Impact Hub Islington, you are a member of all Impact Hubs around the world and can access them when visiting other cities. As a member of Impact Hub Islington you receive an Impact Hub Passport which generally allows you 1 co-working pass per quarter at any global Impact Hub.
How do you track my hours?
We don’t because it’s based on a system of trust. We’re a tight-knit community and we sincerely trust that none of our members will abuse their hours. Co-working hours are flexible and while our host team keeps track of who’s in the space (and will suggest to you if it appears you’re over your hours), it’s up to you to track what you’ve used.
Do you offer team memberships?
We are always happy to welcome teams to our community. We offer a wide range of tariffs to accommodate both part and full time employees. Each team member is registered on an individual membership which can be upgraded and downgraded on a monthly rolling basis. We do not offer shared tariffs and the prices quoted on our website is per person per month. Currently we don’t offer dedicated or fixed desks.
